A paisagem mudou bastante, bem plano e muita, mas muita planta\u00e7\u00e3o de banana. Dos dois lados da pista s\u00f3 o que voc\u00ea v\u00ea \u00e9 banana. Chegamos na fronteira e fomos seguindo, quando vimos j\u00e1 estavamos no Peru e achamos estranho demais, pois t\u00ednhamos que fazer a sa\u00edda no Equador. J\u00e1 no Peru nos informamos e descobrimos que t\u00ednhamos que voltar uns 6km para fazer a sa\u00edda da moto do Equador. Isso mostra que a sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a importa\u00e7\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria de ve\u00edculos n\u00e3o \u00e9 l\u00e1 essas coisas.O tr\u00e2mite em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a sa\u00edda da moto do Equador foi demorado demais, tinha uma mo\u00e7a trabalhando e o resto tudo batendo papo. Tivemos que reclamar para nos darem aten\u00e7\u00e3o.A boa not\u00edcia \u00e9 que os tr\u00e2mites para sa\u00edda do Equador e entrada no Peru s\u00e3o tudo no mesmo pr\u00e9dio.Maravilha, n\u00e3o precisamos ficar de desce e sobe na moto.<\/p>\n
Outra demora para fazer a importa\u00e7\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria da moto no Peru. At\u00e9 parecia que as duas pessoas que nos atenderam n\u00e3o tinha experi\u00eancia nenhuma… Dai-nos paci\u00eancia.Depois de 2 horas em fronteira, hora de seguir viagem. N\u00e3o resistimos e paramos em Sullana para \u00e1gua de coco e manga. Pedi uma fa\u00e7a emprestada e ali mesmo cortei e saboreamos a manga.Incr\u00edvel como a paisagem muda deals no Peru: muto seco, poeirento e com muito vento. E com umas retas de perder de vista. Perguntamos quando choveu aqui a \u00faltima vez e eles n\u00e3o lembram… Ou seja \u00e9 seco pacas.<\/p>\n
Chegamos em Piura durante o dia e achamos o bom hotel Sol Maria no centro. Foi o tempo de tomar banho, tirar o p\u00f3s do corpo, comer algo e dormir!<\/p>\n

The roads in Ecuador continue to be excellent, with some stretches under construction. \u00a0Soon it all be separated highways… And then it will be easy.<\/p>\nThe scenery changed a lot: Flat with lots and lots of banana crops. On both sides of the road the only thing you can see is bananas. We arrived at the border and when we noticed we were already in Peruvian soil, we thought that was weird, as we needed to exit Ecuador. In the Peruvian border we asked and we learned that we had to go back 6 km to complete the bike exit from Ecuador. This shows that the signs in relation to the temporary importation of vehicles is not the greatest. The process in the Ecuadorian side to exit with the bike took forever, as only one person was working and the others were talking. We had to complain, so we could get a bit more of attention. A bit of good news is that the migration process is combined, \u00a0and you exit Ecuador and enter into Peru in the same place. Awesome, no need to get on, get off the bike.<\/p>\nAnd bit of time was spent doing the bike importation into Peru, it seemed that the 2 people who helped us didn’t know the process… Give us patience. After 2 hours doing the border procedures we could hit the road. We could not resist and stopped in Sullana to coconut water and eat mangoes. \u00a0We’ve borrowed a knife and enjoyed it right away. In Peru it is incredible how much the scenery changed, \u00a0very dry, dusty and wind. Lots of straight roads and we asked when was the last time it rained and the guy could not remember… S\u00f3 it is very dry.<\/p>\nWe arrived in Piura during daylight and found the good Sol Maria hotel in the downtown area. The process in the Ecuadorian side to exit with the bike took forever, as only one person was working and the others were talking. We had to complain, so we could get a bit more of attention. A bit of good news is that the migration process is combined, \u00a0and you exit Ecuador and enter into Peru in the same place. The roads in Ecuador continue to be excellent, with some stretches under construction. \u00a0Soon it all be separated highways… And then it will be easy.<\/p>\nThe scenery changed a lot: Flat with lots and lots of banana crops. On both sides of the road the only thing you can see is bananas. We arrived at the border and when we noticed we were already in Peruvian soil, we thought that was weird, as we needed to exit Ecuador. In the Peruvian border we asked and we learned that we had to go back 6 km to complete the bike exit from Ecuador. This shows that the signs in relation to the temporary importation of vehicles is not the greatest. The process in the Ecuadorian side to exit with the bike took forever, as only one person was working and the others were talking. We had to complain, so we could get a bit more of attention. A bit of good news is that the migration process is combined, \u00a0and you exit Ecuador and enter into Peru in the same place. Awesome, no need to get on, get off the bike.<\/p>\nAnd bit of time was spent doing the bike importation into Peru, it seemed that the 2 people who helped us didn’t know the process… Give us patience.
